If a trip is cancelled by Whitsunday Getaways Pty Ltd for any reason, we will provide a full refund of the charter fee (this excludes any credit card fees incurred). If it is necessary for YOU to cancel less than 21 days before departure it will result in complete forfeiture of the full charter price. There will be a 2% surcharge for all credit card purchases.
Prices are based on twin-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices include Professional Skipper and Hostess, all meals, live aboard accommodation and use of all snorkel equipment. All prices are per person in AUD and include GST, National Park and Great Barrier Reef Marine Park entry fees and administration fees. Prices do not include any transfers or airfares. A surcharge may apply for certain dietary requirements. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safe guard our guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control. All departures and itineraries are subject to weather and maybe changed or cancelled at the discretion of Whitsunday Getaways Pty Ltd.
We reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason.
At certain times of the year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care of their own safety. To minimise this risk, you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel/Wetsuit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the charter. These are provided for your protection and are located on the vessel. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk. Owners and operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness or death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish.
