Day 1
Upon Arrival: Assortment of biscuits and fresh fruit with cordial
Sunset: Cheese and meat platter with a variety of dips, carrots, celery and crackers
Dinner: Locally caught reef fish in coconut and lime marinade, stir fried vegetable mix, marble potato mash, crunchy noodle salad and French bread sticks
Dessert: Cheesecake served with berries and cream
Day 2
Breakfast: Tropical fruit salad with warmed croissants, cereals, yogurt, tea and freshly brewed coffee
Lunch: Chicken fajitas with sour crème and fresh avocado
Sunset: Whitsunday Nachos served with a side of sour crème and guacamole
Dinner: BBQ steaks with Diane sauce, caramelized onions, carrots, Greek salad and garlic bread
Dessert: Decadent chocolate cake served with fresh cream.
Day 3
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with English muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, tea and freshly brewed coffee
Farewell snacks: Iced fruit cake with tea and coffee or cordial
*Fresh fruit and cookies are available for passengers all day. The menu is designed based on fresh seasonal ingredients and is subject to change. Alcohol is BYO, and glass bottles and red wine are permitted onboard exclusively.
